Installation

1. Purchase the plug-in
2. You will receive a welcome email from Intellispire upon your purchase.
3. Select the link provided in the email you receive to download and save the file to your hard drive. 
4. Login to the backend of your joomla site. ( eg. YourDomain.com/administrator )
5. Go to Extensions > Install/Uninstall.
6. Choose Package File and browse for the file that you just saved to your hard drive, then select Upload.
   

   Setup
   Now that you have installed the plugin, you will need to configure and follow these instructions:

7. Go to Extensions > Plugin Manager and scroll to the CampaignMonitor Notification Plugin. (Probably the last item on your list.)
8. Click on CampaignMonitor Notification.
9. On the left side see "Enabled" in 1.5 and select yes radio button.  If you are using 2.5, you will see a dropdown box where you will choose to enable to plugin. In 3.0 you will see a button that says enable.
   
10. On the right side of that page, (In 3.0 click on the tab "basic options") you will need to provide the data for Plugin Parameters - which you will acquire from inside CampaignMonitor.
    • API Key
    • Subscriber List ID
11. So, leave this page open.
12. Open a new new window or new tab on your browser, then go to www.CampaignMonitor.com
13. Login to your account and follow these instructions:

14. Step by step instructions to add a list to populate subscribers with new Joomla! users.

    1. From left, choose the Client who has the list you want to add subscribers to.
    2. Next, select Lists & Subscribers from the top left tabs
    3. Click on the name of the list you want to add subscribers to
    4. Click on the link that says change name/type which should be located directly under your list's name
    5. Scroll all the way down and you should see a label that says API Subscriber List ID with a value in a gray text field below it (ex: e744d795da5f754cd451aeaf7f05eb14). This is your Subscriber List ID.
    6. Copy this string of numbers and letters and paste it into the Subscriber List ID field in the Plugin Configuration for the CampaignMonitor Joomla! Plugin.
    7. Now, go back to the CampaignMonitor website and click the Account Settings link at the very top of the page.
    8. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and if you haven't already generated an API Key, do so by clicking the button to generate one. Next copy your API key which should look like: 5ae01de4b8301a05b50939ffb31136a1
    9. Paste it into the API Key field in the Plugin Configuration for the CampaignMonitor Joomla! Plugin.
    10. Click on Apply, and double check if the system (CampaignMonitor Notification) is enabled. If yes, click Save.
    11. Still on CampainMonitor website, click the "Customize" tab, then click on "Add a login form to your site" located at the right side. This opens a code on a form to be placed on your custom login form for your Joomla site.
    12. Copy the codes provided.
    
    

    Testing
    Test your set-up to insure your registration system works as you expect it to.

15. Login to the backend of your Joomla website.
16. Create a custom Login form: Go to Extensions > Module Manager, select new button, select "custom HTML" radio button, and click next,
17. Place title to your form, make sure the plugin is set to "Enable"
18. On the Custom Output WYSIWYG editor, select HTML, and paste the copied codes from your CampaignMonitor account. On this editor you can customize further by adding an image to the form, re-size to whatever you want the form to look like.
19. Check to see if your custom module is "enabled", then click Save on the upper right corner.
20. Go to your website frontpage, see the Login module you created. ( hit refresh in case you do not yet see it. )
21. Create an account, and enter details required.
22. Check your list in CampaignMonitor for the new user details.
23. Check your Joomla User Data Base to insure user added to members list.
